Let the Games Begin!

Garnet fans get their reward for all that shoveling done over the past 24 hours, as the Section Playoffs get rolling today with a Rye boys’ basketball outbracket playoff game and the boys’ swimming Section championship. Rye’s 200 IM and 200 freestyle medley relays qualified Tuesday at Felix Festa, joining the individuals who qualified the day before.

The full Sectional schedule for the Garnets — aside from ice hockey, which begins later this month — is below. The private school tournaments also begin later in the month.
